It turned out that social relationships such as friendship, have a family, neighbors, and school (college), can increase the chances of survival by 50 percent. Conversely, those who tend loner or less good social relationships have a bad risk. Even more dangerous is described risk than people who do not like sports, and two times the risk compared to people who are overweight.
Opinion was obtained from the results of a study recently released by Brigham Young University, Utah, United States. Researchers at the university analyzed data from 148 respondents and measured the frequency of their interactions with their social environment. They also recorded a track record of their health over a period of 7.5 years.
From there they got a conclusion that the social interactions of people who either have a 50 percent chance of survival are better than those with poor social interaction.
The reason is, because of their (social interaction) will care about other people in her group. And when it was taken care they will resort to live better and take the small risk to her life making a better life opportunities.
So, have many good friends not only psychologically, but also good for physical health. Although friends or socialize but also have a negative effect is offset by the benefits. Not clear if social interaction is a direct interaction (in person) or include also interact through social networks of cyberspace (the internet). But clearly, good friendships among adults and children alike, the same effect. Because of that, let's multiply the friends that we improve survival?
